EXHALATION - EXPRESSION : BELIEFS

Beliefs are the underlying principle of the reality we choose to switch to. Emotions and actions are the outcome of our belief system. Our beliefs are the result of what we imagine, and then activate with our feelings. The version with the most intense feelings attached to it is the version that gets activated.

As an analogy, if our computer screen offers us many choices, and all we have to do is click on one of them to select it, then our imagination is the total of all the available choices on the screen. Moving the mouse to the desired choice is like focusing your imagination on one particular vision. And then clicking on that choice is like using your feelings to activate your selection.

A common misconception is that "Seeing is Believing" (What we perceive determines what we believe). The actuality is : "Believing is Seeing" (What we believe determines what we perceive). So, don't wait to perceive it before you start believing it. Believe it first, and then you will perceive it accordingly.

All beliefs are equally valid, since each belief generates its own self-validating reality. Whatever our belief, the universe will support and validate that belief by attracting the circumstances, situations, opportunities and people into our lives that will reinforce that version of reality.

Our consciousness powers many beliefs that illuminate our reality just as light bulbs illuminate different settings in a space. It is useful to be able to discern the realities we do not prefer to experience and thus be able to identify or dig down to the underlying core negative belief powering them in order to switch to a version of reality that we do prefer to experience. It is achieved by stopping powering the beliefs that do not serve us. It's also vital to cultivate positive beliefs that replace the negative ones knowing that the universe would support ANY belief we choose to have.
It is important to remember that a belief can be replaced ONLY if we deeply DESIRE to do so.

Each belief gets us vibrating at a unique set of frequencies. These frequencies then attract, by sympathetic resonance, the holograms vibrating on the same frequencies.

The exercises on changing a belief concentrate on the following areas :

Identifying a negative belief that does not serve us, which is synonymous to letting it go. This process implies understanding that the negative belief would do anything to make us believe no other belief is possible. Being able to dig down to the core belief by facing our emotions and definitions is essential.

Replacing the negative belief with a positive one serves to enable us to experience the reality more joyfully.

When we follow our excitement in the moment, each "now" moment, this leads to Positive Synchronicity - things magically working out in a way that is delightfully and surprisingly pleasing. When we ignore our excitement, and are instead led by our fears and worries, this leads to Negative Synchronicity - upsetting events - the very things we wished to avoid.

"Positive Synchronicity" is the occurrence of events that are perfect reflections of your preferences and desires. "Negative Synchronicity" is the occurrence of events that are perfect reflections of your fears and doubts.

Another aspect of belief transformation is assigning a positive meaning to an unpreferred circumstance. Everything can become part of our excitement, even things that are not our excitement. The excitement lies then in discovering those things and letting them go, which is exciting.

When we intensely want to do something now, and it is easily possible to do it, no problem. We just do it. But if we intensely want to do something now, and it is NOT possible to do it NOW, we are then at a critical decision-junction: we can choose to interpret this as "I am not getting what I want." Or, we can choose to interpret this as "I always get what I want. If it's not available yet, then there must be an excellent reason for this."

Which of these choices we make is CRITICAL in determining the outcome, as this choice is equivalent to selecting a BELIEF, and we then experience the outcome aligned with that belief. If we choose to interpret the situation as "I am not getting what I want.", then, sure enough, we will continue to not get what we want. But the alternative is this is choosing to interpret this situation (of not being able to do what we want to do NOW) as "I always get what I want. If it's not available yet, there must be an excellent reason for this."

It is important to remember that creation occurs only in the PRESENT. The PRESENT is the NOW result of what we NOW BELIEVE to be most true for us. Continuity from one present moment to the next is considered normal, but is actually optional. If we suddenly make a shift in beliefs, we will experience a sudden shift in our NOW reality.

The past has absolutely no effect on the present - except to the extent that we BELIEVE it does. As we change our present (by changing our present beliefs), we are "shifting" into a different parallel reality and that different parallel reality has its own "future" and "past". Said another way, when we change our present, we are likewise also changing our past and our future.

EXAMPLES OF POSITIVE BELIEFS :

- You are a non-physical eternal consciousness that is experiencing physical reality.
- Excitement is the physical translation of the vibrational resonance that is your true, core natural being. Follow your excitement!
- You attract your life experiences through the interaction of your strongest beliefs, emotions and actions.
- Everything you experience is another aspect of yourself.
- There is actually only one moment in creation. Everything you experience is the same moment from a different point of view.
- You create the past and the future from here and now.
- You are loved so unconditionally by creation that you can even choose to believe that you are not loved.

Beliefs are easy to reveal by examining one's emotions or definitions. It is therefore of great importance to observe the definitions that don't serve us and lead to negative / limiting beliefs that do not serve us.

EXAMPLES OF DEFINITIONS COMING FROM POSITIVE BELIEFS :

Abundance.
"The ability to do what you need to do, when you need to do it."
(Money is merely one of innumerable ways to express abundance.)

Anxiety.
"Anxiety" is the energy of excitement, but filtered through a belief in something undesirable or unpreferred. ("Anxiety" is "Excitement" with a negative judgment.
Remove the negative judgment, and you have "Excitement". )

Discernment and judgment.
"Discernment" is selecting and acting on your preference from the available options.
"Judgment" is going a step-further and invalidating what you do NOT prefer.
The recommendation is to act according to preference, without invalidating what you do not prefer.

Doubt.
"Doubt" is not a lack of trust. It is a TOTAL TRUST in an undesirable or unpreferred reality. You do not need to "develop" trust, since you are always 100% TOTALLY TRUSTING in SOMETHING. You only need to FOCUS your trust on a preferred reality, rather than an unpreferred one.

Excitement.
"Excitement" is the energy that occurs when one is in resonance with their own Higher Self. This is a "signal" from your Higher Self (which always honors your free will) to encourage you to act or move in a particular direction. "Excitement" can therefore be used as a "compass heading" to move & act in the direction that your Higher Self hopes you will move - for your highest joy. If you "follow your excitement" consistently, you will end up fulfilling your Life's Purpose.

Failure.
"Failure" is giving up on achieving your Goal. As long as you do not give up on your intention, failure has not occurred.

Fear.
"Fear" is the emotional reaction to believing in a reality (likely outcome) that you strongly do not prefer. You can use fear to your advantage, by:
#1. Fully "owning" it and acknowledging that you have it.
#2. Asking yourself "What must I be believing to have this fear?"
#3. Once you discover that belief, you can REPLACE it with the opposite belief, at which point the fear quickly dissipates.

Forgiveness.
"Forgiveness" is not an "action". It is the cessation or stopping of the continuous action of continuously blaming someone for something. Since blaming requires energy, and forgiveness is the stopping of this action of blaming, it actually is easier to forgive, than to continuously be blaming another. So be FREE! Forgive!

Happiness.
"Happiness" is the result of internally DECIDING to be happy - regardless of external events (as opposed to happiness being the result of desirable external events). "Happiness" also comes from following & acting on your Excitement.

Hope.
"Hope" implies doubt. It suggests you are holding a belief that there is a significant possibility of NOT achieving your desired goal or outcome.

Integrity.
"Integrity" comes from "integer" which originates from "one". When a person realizes that "everything" is really just ONE thing, and that they are an integral part of this ONE thing, then they instinctively & automatically & spontaneously treat everyone & everything with the care, respect, love, and consideration, which they would like to be treated. This is "integrity".

Negative.
That which separates, or polarizes.
(as opposed to "positive", which unifies & integrates)

Positive.
That which unifies, and integrates, and creates oneness.
(as opposed to "negative", which creates separation)

Sex.
Sex is the alignment & grounding of all levels of one's being - allowing for communication within the higher levels. It is like a lightning strike that grounds & aligns all the levels, and thus allows for a clear communication to the higher levels of one's being.

Synchronicity.
The manner in which the Oneness of Creation expresses {within the constraints of any time / space matrix / hologram) that everything is connected to everything.

Trust.
Trust is the same as "what you believe". You are always totally trusting in something. There is never a lack of trust.
So the only relevant issue is : WHERE are you placing your trust?
Accordingly, "doubt" is not a lack of trust, but a TOTAL trust in something you do not prefer.

Try.
"Try" implies you are keeping the back-door open for failure. The word "try" presumes you are believing there is a large possibility of NOT achieving your goal.
"Trying to do" something is totally different than "doing" that something.

Unconditional love.
Unconditional Love is the granting of validity, for all beings and everything to exist - just as they are.

Worthiness.
The mere fact that you EXIST makes you worthy of anything you want. Your EXISTENCE and WORTHINESS are more fundamental than any beliefs you may have about them. (They exist prior to any beliefs about them.)
